1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of One Piece Of A Brand New Passenger Car, Unused, Homologated To Allow Traffic In Poland In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Free From Technical And Legal Defects, Unregistered, 7-Seater Type Van (Bus), Five-Door, With An Engine Power Of At Least 174 Kw, With A Body Color Of Metallic Graphite, Meeting At Least The Requirements Of The Euro 6E-Bis.2 Exhaust Emission Standard. Detailed Parameters Of The Car Are Described In Annex 1 To The Specification. 3 Additional Conditions Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Car Should Be Complete, Ready For Use And Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026. 2) The Ordering Party Requires That The Car Be Covered By A Minimum 24-Month Full Manufacturers Warranty For Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Components, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Car By The Ordering Party Based On The Acceptance Protocol, 3) The Ordering Party Requires That The Car Be Covered By A Minimum 24-Month Warranty On Paint, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Car By The Ordering Party Based On The Acceptance Report, With No Mileage Limit, 4) The Ordering Party Requires That The Car Be Covered By A Minimum A 120-Month Warranty Against Perforation Of The Body, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Car By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of The Acceptance Protocol, With No Mileage Limit.4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide At Least One Authorized Aso Service Within The City Of Krakow Or At A Maximum Distance Of 20 Km From The Administrative Borders Of The City Of Krakow.
