1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Maintaining The Patency Of Inlets. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Works Related To The Cleaning Of Street Inlets And Linear Drainage On Roads According To The List Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template Or Others Indicated By The Ordering Party. 3. The Basic Scope Of Services Includes: 1) Manual Cleaning Of The Gully (Including The Basket) Without Unblocking The Sewer, Removing Impurities From The Cleaned Gully, Marking The Cleaning Site Using, E.G., Spray Chalk - 1,916 Pcs. 2) Manual Cleaning Of Linear Drainage, Removing Impurities From The Cleaned Device And Marking The Cleaning Site Using, E.G., Spray Chalk - 17 Pcs. 4. Remaining Scope Of Work: 1) Manual Cleaning Of The Drain (Including The Basket) Including: Pressure Unblocking The Sewer Using A Car Equipped With A Suction And Rinsing Device, Removal Of Dirt From The Cleaned Drain, Marking The Cleaning Site Using E.G. Spray Chalk. 2) Manual Cleaning Of The Drain (Including The Basket) Without Unblocking The Sewer, Removing Impurities From The Cleaned Drain And Marking The Cleaning Site Using E.G. Spray Chalk. 3) Manual Cleaning Of Linear Drainage, Including Removal Of Impurities From The Cleaned Device And Marking The Cleaning Site Using E.G. Spray Chalk. 4) Replacing Or Supplementing The Sedimentation Basket In The Street Gully. 5) Installation Of A Complete Settlement Basket (Basket + Basket Insert) In The Street Gully. 6) Replacing Or Supplementing The Cast Iron Grate In The Street Gully. 7) Replacing Or Supplementing The Reinforced Concrete Grate In The Street Inlet. 8) Replacing Or Supplementing The Polymer Concrete Grid In The Street Inlet. 9) Replacement Of The Inlet, I.E. The Collar And Cast Iron Grate On The Inlet Well, Along With Repairing The Surface (Regardless Of The Type Of Surface). 10) Replacing The Inlet, I.E. The Collar And Reinforced Concrete Grate On The Inlet Well, Along With Repairing The Surface (Regardless Of The Type Of Surface). 11) Replacement Of A Complete Street Inlet Well (Made Of Prefabricated Concrete Elements 500 Mm In Diameter, Monolithic Bottom, 1.0 M Settling Tank, Relief Ring, Collar And Cast Iron Grate Without Hinges, Latches And Screws) With Repair Of The Surface (Regardless Of The Type Of Surface). 12) Replacement Of Linear Drainage Up To 50 Cm Long Along With The Reconstruction Of The Surface (Regardless Of The Type Of Surface And The Material From Which The Drainage Is Made, While Maintaining The Original Dimensions). 13) Reconstruction Of A Broken Sewer Along With Repair Of The Surface (Regardless Of The Type Of Surface). 5. The Works Referred To In Section Above. 3 Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Drain Cleaning Schedule Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of § 1 Section 11 Of The Contract Template. 6.
