The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled: Creating Local Support Systems For Seniors Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+) Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship 2021-2027. Priority 9. Social And Health Services, Measure 9.4 Increasing The Availability Of Social And Health Services. The Subject Of This Order Is To Organize Educational Integration Meetings Together With Health-Promoting Activities To Prevent The Loss Of Psychophysical Condition, Aimed At Ensuring Contacts With The Environment By Organizing Educational And Integration Trips And Organizing Trips To Cultural, Recreational And Sports Events For Seniors In 2026. During The Trips, Seniors Will Be Able To Take Advantage Of Both Relaxation And Health Prevention. During The Integration Meetings, The Contractor Will Provide An Educator/Speaker Who Will Conduct Educational Workshops On Health Prevention, Safety, The Importance Of Taking Care Of Physical Fitness And Cybersecurity In Order To Protect Older People Against Fraud And Online Threats. The Contractor Undertakes To Apply The Principle Of Equal Opportunities And Non-Discrimination, Including Accessibility For People With Disabilities, During The Implementation Of The Entrusted Task. Under This Order, The Following Will Be Organized: • 4 Educational And Integration Trips In The Period April - October 2026, On Working Days (Provided That A Maximum Of One One-Day Trip For Seniors May Be Carried Out In One Month), During Which The Contractor Will Provide A Speaker / Educator Who Will Conduct Educational Workshops During The Trip To: - Krakow - Baranów Sandomierski And Sandomierz - Kazimierz Dolny - Skarżysko-Kamienna And Michniów • 14 Trips / Trips To Cultural And Recreational And Sports Events In The Period April - December 2026, On Working Days (The Ordering Party Expects To Carry Out A Maximum Of Two Events A Month), During Which The Contractor Will Provide A Speaker / Educator Who Will Conduct Educational Workshops: - 4 Trips To The Cinema - 3 Trips To Cultural Facilities: 2 Trips To The Theater And 1 Trip To The Philharmonic Hall - 5 Trips To The Swimming Pool - 2 Hiking Rallies
