Tenders Are Invited For Successive Deliveries Of Portable Computers And Docking Stations For Organizational Units Of The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum In Krakow.

The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Successive Deliveries Of Portable Computers And Docking Stations For The Organizational Units Of The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum In Krakow.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Have Not Been Awarded To It.1.2 The Subject Of The Order May Be Financed Or Co-Financed In Particular From European Union Funds Or Other Funds Obtained Under Projects Or Contracts Or External Programs Or Grants, Etc., Both Currently Implemented By The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum, As Well As Implemented In The Future.1.3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifying The Technical And Functional Parameters And Requirements, Or Their Maximum Or Minimum Ranges Or Other Necessary Features And Parameters With Additional Points, Is Included In Annex A To The Offer Form, Which Is An Integral Part Of Swz.1.4 The Material Scope Covered By The Price Calculation, Which Constitutes Annex B To The Offer Form, Is The Largest Possible Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Quantities Of Ordered Notebook Computers And Docking Stations Presented In Annex B To The Offer Form Are Indicative And May Change (Decrease Or Increase) During The Term Of The Contract As Part Of Orders Interchangeably Balanced As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration. The Ordering Party Ensures The Purchase Of Portable Computers And Docking Stations Up To A Minimum Of 50% Of The Value Of The Contractual Remuneration, Failure To Realize The Remaining Part Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Not Constitute Grounds For The Contractor To Submit Any Claims In This Respect.
