The Material Must Have A Declaration Of Performance Properties In Accordance With The Harmonized Standard And The Percentage Of Grains With A Crushed And Broken Surface C50/30.3. Sand (Intended For Compaction - Below 1 Mm) - Estimated Quantity 3,700 Tons. Receipt Of The Order Will Be Each Time Confirmed By A Wz Document Approved By The Ordering Party, Indicating The Actual Quantities Of Aggregates Delivered, Which Is The Basis For Issuing An Invoice By The Supplier. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Test The Delivered Aggregate At The Contractors Expense, In An Amount Not Exceeding 4 Samples Per Delivered Material From Any Delivery. In Any Case When There Is A Suspicion That The Delivered Material Does Not Meet The Requirements, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Take Samples For Laboratory Tests. Sample Collection Is Commissioned With The Participation Of The Contractors Representative. In The Event Of Non-Compliance Of The Aggregate With The Pn-En 13242:2010 Standard During The Laboratory Test, The Contractor Will Collect The Disputed Batch Of Material At Its Own Expense And At The Same Time Deliver To The Ordering Party Aggregates In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned Standard - Within 3 Business Days Of Receiving The Letter Indicating The Irregularities. Due To The Difficult To Predict Quantity Of Aggregates, The Estimated Quantity Specified For Each Type Of Aggregate May Change. Therefore, During The Execution Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit This Quantity By A Maximum Of 40% For Each Type Of Aggregate. Reducing The Quantity Of Aggregate In This Respect Will Not Give Rise To Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party, In Particular For Payment Of Remuneration For The Unrealized Part Of The Contract And For Payment Of Compensation In Connection With The Reduction Of The Estimated Quantity. In This Situation, An Annex Is Not Required. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor A Minimum Of 60% Of The Estimated Quantities Of Individual Types Of Aggregate To Be Delivered During The Duration Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires A Weight Receipt Confirming The Delivered Quantity Of Aggregate For Each Delivery
