Specification Of The Courses: Task 1. Course For A Caregiver Of The Elderly And Dependent People - 60 Hours (30 Theoretical Hours And 30 Practical Hours): 2.1. Preparing Project Participants In The Field Of Knowledge And Skills Enabling The Provision Of Services As A Caregiver For An Elderly And Dependent Person In Accordance With The Examination Requirements.2.2. Practical Classes Should Take Place In The City Of Dąbrowa Górnicza Or Sosnowiec Or Czeladź Or Będzin In Facilities Ensuring Direct Contact With Seniors And/Or Dependent And/Or Disabled People, Such As Social Welfare Homes, Community Self-Help Homes, Hospices, Palliative Care Facilities, Self-Help Homes, Care And Treatment Facilities And Day Care Centers For Seniors.2.3. The Course Must End With An Internal Examination For All Participants And The Issuance Of Certificates, Which Will Be Issued In Accordance With The Model Applicable In The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of October 6, 2023 On Continuing Education In Non-School Forms. In Addition, Certificates Must Meet The Requirements Arising From Separate Legal Provisions.2.4. The Course Must End With An External Examination For All Participants And The Issuance Of Certificates Confirming Obtaining Qualifications By An Entity Authorized To Implement Validation And Certification Processes In Accordance With The Act Of December 22, 2015 On The Integrated Qualifications System Or Entities Authorized To Implement Validation And Certification Processes Or Entities Authorized To Issue Documents Confirming Qualifications In This Profession Or Public Authorities Or Professional Self-Government Bodies Authorized To Issue Documents Confirming Qualification.3. Place And Method Of Implementation: A) The Courses Should Take Place In The City Of Dąbrowa Górnicza Or Sosnowiec Or Czeladź Or Będzin. The Contractor Is Responsible For Organizing Rooms/Rooms For Theoretical And Practical Classes Adapted To The Nature And Requirements Of A Given Course. The Halls/Rooms Must Meet Occupational Health And Safety Requirements, Sanitary, Fire Protection, Lighting And Acoustic Requirements. The Equipment Of The Rooms/Rooms Should Be Adapted To The Specificity And Requirements Of A Given Course, Their Theoretical And Practical Parts. B) Classes May Only Be Held From 8.00 A.M.
