Part I Of The Order Includes Accommodation With Breakfast For Festival Participants From April 28 To May 3, 2026. Additional Requirements For The Implementation Of The Order In The Field Of Accommodation: 1) Accommodation Services For Festival Participants (193 Nights) Location: The Accommodation Facility Should Be Located In Jelenia Góra, At A Maximum Distance Of 2,000 Meters From The Festival Center, I.E. From Ul. Bankowa 28/30 In Jelenia Góra.2) Food: Breakfast Should Be Served Every Day In The Form Of A Buffet Or A Breakfast Set. Continental Breakfast In The Form Of A Buffet, Including Hot Dishes (E.G. Eggs, Sausages), Cold Meats, Cheese, Cereals With Milk, Dairy Products, Vegetables, Cold Drinks (Water And Juices), Warm Drinks (Coffee, Tea Plus Sugar, Lemon, Milk) For Each Person Staying Overnight.3) Breakfast Must Be Served In The Same Building Where The Accommodation Takes Place - Without Going Outside The Building.4) There Must Be A Free Parking Lot For Participants At The Place Of Accommodation. At Least 10 Passenger Cars.5) Rooms Should Be Made Available No Later Than 3 P.M. On The Day Of Arrival And Vacated No Later Than 11 A.M. On The Day Of Departure.6) No Renovations Or Similar Works May Be Carried Out In The Facility During The Execution Of The Order, Except For Random Events And Failures That Require Immediate Removal.7) At Night From 10 P.M. To 6.00, Rest Will Be Provided For Festival Participants, Undisturbed By Noise And Events Taking Place, Social Gatherings, E.G. Weddings, Etc. 8) Rooms (Minimum Requirements): Should Be Equipped With Bathrooms, Internet Access And Basic Amenities (Towels, Bed Linen, Hygiene Products).
