The License Renewal Is To Be Performed On The Currently Held Key, Public Identifier: 33B-Xrc-Ejr. With The Renewal Of The License, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide First-Line Technical Support In Polish In 8 X 5 Mode (Eight Hours A Day On Working Days). 2. The Ordering Party Has Implemented And Operated Security Infrastructure, Including Central Management Of Workstations And Servers, Security Policies And Event History Monitoring. One Of The Elements Of The Security Policy Implemented By The Ordering Party Is The Eset Protect Elite Software Package. License Renewal And Manufacturer Support Are Necessary To Ensure The Continuity Of Protection Of It Systems. Changing The Software Manufacturer At This Point Would Require Implementing A New System, Migrating Configurations And Updating The Implemented Security Policies For It Systems, Training Users And Incurring Significant Costs, Which Is Economically And Technically Unjustified. 3. In Order To Ensure Proper Operation, The Software Manufacturer Requires Continuity Of Technical Support Services, Including The Availability Of Updates And Anti-Virus Protection.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Renew The License And Provide Manufacturer Support In Accordance With The Applicable Licensing Rules And The Scope Of Technical Support Specified In Paragraphs. 1. All Activities Of The Contractor Must Ensure Continuity Of Protection Of It Systems Without Interruptions In The Provision Of Services.
