The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Of Preparation And Delivery Of Full-Day Meals For Hospital Patients, Together With The Delivery Of Some Food Products And The Rental Of Small Household Appliances For 6 Months. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Provision Of The Service Are Specified In: A) Detailed Characteristics Of The Service Are Set Out In Annex No. 1.1 (Price Form) And Annex No. 1.2 (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order). B) The Rules For The Implementation Of The Service Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 2 To Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.
