The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Supply Of A Microplate Reader For Biochemical Blood Analysis As Part Of The Project Establishment Of The Laboratory For Research On Physical Performance And Energy Of Human Skeletal Muscles As Part Of The Expansion And Modernization Of The Medical Campus Of The Jagiellonian University Medical College For The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum In Krakow. 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Titled Establishment Of The Laboratory For Research On Physical Performance And Energy Of Human Skeletal Muscles As Part Of The Expansion And Modernization Of The Medical Campus Of The Jagiellonian University Medical College Under The European Funds For Małopolska Program 2021-2027, Contract No. Femp.01.04-Iz.00-0270/24-00-Xxi/56/Fe/25.1.2. Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. 1.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifying The Functions, Technical Parameters, Required Conditions And Additionally Scored Conditions Is Included In Annex A To The Offer Form, I.E. Functions, Technical Parameters And Conditions Required And Additionally Scored, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz And The Provisions Of Point 5) Swz, Which Also Present The Scope And Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.
