Żabik1) Type Of Order: Construction Work.2) The Subject Of The Order Includes: Construction Of Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars Along With The Accompanying Infrastructure. The Task Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of Complete Design Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party And A Final Decision On The Construction Permit. The Contractors Responsibilities During The Implementation Of The Task Will Include: • Providing Surveying Services For The Investment (Staking Out And As-Built Inventory), • Developing, Approving And Implementing The Temporary Traffic Organization (Tor) Project For The Duration Of Construction Works, Ensuring Safe Use Of The Street. Żabik, • Organization And Liquidation Of Construction Facilities, • Preparation Of Complete As-Built Documentation Necessary For Final Acceptance And Handover Of The Facility For Use, • Submitting On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Notice Of Completion Of Construction To The Competent Administrative Body, • Obtaining Consent For Use Issued By The Competent Administrative Body. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Works Are Carried Out Under The Supervision Of A Construction Manager With Construction Qualifications In The Appropriate Specialty. The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Secure The Construction Site And The Interests Of Third Parties, Ensure Safety Conditions Related To Construction And Appropriate Environmental Protection, In Accordance With Applicable Law, And Ensure Protection Of Property Located On The Construction Site, In Particular In Terms Of Fire Protection. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure, Tidy Up And Keep The Area Clean On A Daily Basis After The Completion Of The Works, And Bear All Liability For Any Damage To The Ordering Party Or Entities And Third Parties Due To The Works Carried Out And Their Organization And Security Of The Area. The Contractor Is Liable On General Terms For Damages Related To The Implementation Of The Contract, In Particular For The Loss Of Material Goods, Bodily Injury Or Death Of Persons, And Is Responsible For The Selected Methods Of Action And Safety At The Work Site. The Contractor Is Fully Liable To Third Parties For Damages And Other Events Arising In Connection With The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Unless The Ordering Party Or A Third Party For Which The Ordering Party Is Responsible Is Responsible For The Damage. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Participate In Construction Councils Organized By The Ordering Party. Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Material And Financial Schedule Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Liquidate The Construction Site At His Own Expense - To Restore The Area To A Proper Condition (Fully Tidy) And To Tidy Up The Adjacent Areas Appropriate To The Area. Excess Soil From Excavations Should Be Managed And Transported Fr
