Scope Of The Order: The Scope Of The Works Includes In Particular: • Demolition And Dismantling Works; • Construction And Finishing Works (Walls, Floors, Ceilings, Plasters, Painting); • Installation Of Doors, Building Elements And Equipment; • Execution Of Electrical, Telecommunications, Water And Sewage, Hvac Installations; • Tests, Examinations And Adjustments Of The Installations; • Tidying Up The Work Area And Handing Over The Facility For Use. Wherever The Ordering Party Refers To Standards In The Technical Documentation, Equivalent Solutions May Be Used. If The Contractor Offers A Solution That Does Not Directly Correspond To The Reference Standards Described In The Design Documentation, Then The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Technical Documentation.
