The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Development Of Design Documentation For The Expansion Of District Road No. 2151K In The Town Of Wilczkowice (Ul. Jaworowa) Along With The Reconstruction Of Bridge Structure No. 36 - Procedure No. 2 - A Section Of Approx. 680 Meters From The Intersection With Ul. Smolna To The Intersection With Ul. Zielona Dolina Along With Obtaining Appropriate Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including The Zrid Decision. 2. Detailed Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, Including, Among Others: In:1) Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Technical Specification Road (Opz - Road),2) Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Technical Specification Bridge (Opz - Bridge),3) Annex No. 10 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu).3. The Above-Mentioned Documents Are To Be Considered As Complementary To Each Other.4. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Four Stages: 1) Stage I - Preparation Of An Up-To-Date Map For Design Purposes With An Official Clause, Preparation Of A Complete Geotechnical Opinion As Well As Research And Traffic Intensity Forecast, 2) Stage Ii - Development Of The Design Concept, Estimation Of Investment Costs For Each Variant, Obtaining A Positive Opinion From The Road Manager, 3) Stage Iii - Development Of The Construction Design/Design Documentation, Obtaining Non-Final Decisions; Building Permit, Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid), Development Of A Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter: Stwiorb), Investors Cost Estimate For The Bill Of Quantities Of Works, 4) Stage Iv - Effective Notification And Obtaining A Certificate Of No Objection To The Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, The Final Decision Of The Building Permit And/Or Obtaining The Final Zrid Decision Together With The Field Stabilization Of Boundary Signs Of The New Road Boundaries.
