The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Packing, Loading And Transport Of Waste Containing Asbestos From The Property In The Commune Of Pawłów (Starachowice Poviat, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship) And Depositing It In A Waste Landfill Adapted For This Purpose. The Total Amount Of Waste Subject To Loading And Transport Of Waste Containing Asbestos And Depositing It In A Waste Landfill Adapted For This Purpose: 26,666 Square Meters (400.00 Mg). The Scope Of Work Also Includes The Removal Of Fragmented Asbestos Boards. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Quantity Given Above Is An Estimate. This Amount May Change (Increase Or Decrease - By Approximately 10%), Taking Into Account The Fact That The Basis For Its Determination Are The Applications Of Property Owners In Which The Owners Determined The Area Of Asbestos-Containing Products Expressed In M2. If The Amount Of Asbestos Waste Is Different (Smaller Or Larger) Than Specified In The Swz, The Contractor Will Not Have Any Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect, Including Claims For Damages. The Actual Value Of The Contract Will Be Determined After Completion Of The Works Provided For In This Contract, Based On Waste Collection Protocols Containing Asbestos From The Pawłów Commune (Waste Transfer Cards To The Landfill). The List Of Properties From Which Asbestos-Containing Materials Are Planned To Be Removed In 2026 Was Prepared On The Basis Of Applications Submitted By Interested Owners. The List Of Towns With The Approximate Amount Of Asbestos To Be Removed Will Constitute An Annex To The Contract. Waste Containing Asbestos Must Be Transferred To A Waste Landfill With An Appropriate Permit For The Disposal Of Products Containing Asbestos. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including: The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587); Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy, Labor And Social Policy Of April 2, 2004 On The Methods And Conditions For The Safe Use Of Products Containing Asbestos (Journal Of Laws Of 2004, No. 71, Item 649, As Amended); Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of December 13, 2010 On The Requirements For The Use Of Products Containing Asbestos And The Use And Cleaning Of Installations Or Devices In Which Products Containing Asbestos Were Or Are Being Used (Journal Of Laws Of 2011, No. 8, Item 31, As Amended). The Contractors Offer Price Includes, Among Others: Should Ensure: Tidying Up The Area After The Completion Of The Work And Possible Payment Of Compensation For Damage Resulting From Or In Connection With The Work. The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Accidents, As Well As For Damage To Private Property And Legal Persons Caused By His Or Her Actions Or Oversight Related To The Implementation Of This Order. Note!
