The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Purchase Of Electricity And The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services For Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnych I Mieszkaniowej W Jeziorach Wielkie Sp. Z O. O. 2. The Estimated Demand For Electricity For Individual Tariff Groups During The Order Execution Period Was Specified In The List Of Electricity Consumption Points Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Based On Electricity Consumption In 2025 And Is Indicative Only, Used To Compare Contractors Offers. The Ordering Party Reserves That It Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Quantity. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party For Not Collecting The Expected Amount Of Energy. The Ordering Party Made Payment For The Amounts Of Energy Actually Consumed. 3. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Changing The Number Of Energy Consumption Points Indicated In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, However, The Unit Lump Sum Prices Given In The Price Form - Annex No. 2 Will Also Constitute Prices For The New Energy Consumption Points. A Change In The Number Of Electricity Consumption Points May Result From The Liquidation Or Transfer Of The Consumption Point To Another Owner. The Change May Also Result From An Increase In The Number Of Energy Consumption Points. Changing The Number Of Electricity Consumption Points Requires An Annex To The Contract.
