1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Machine Tools, Stations For Testing Electro-Pneumatic Systems And Power Hydraulics To Zsp In Ornontowice, Planned As Part Of The Project Entitled Effective Functional Schools - Development Of Vocational Education In Mikołów County Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Silesia Program 2021-2027 (Priority Fesl.10: European Funds For Transformation, Measure Fesl.10.14: Infrastructure Of Vocational Education)1.2 The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into 3 Tasks: 1.2.1 Task 1: Sale And Delivery Of Cnc Machine Toolsa. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Following Equipment: 1) Cnc Machine Tool - 1 Piece. The Device Will Be Used As A Teaching Station For Practical And Laboratory Classes, In Particular In The Field Of Learning Cnc Control And The Basics Of Automation, Classes In The Installation And Operation Of Electrical Devices, Integration Of Knowledge In The Field Of Mechanics, Electricity And Computer Science, Implementation Of The Core Curriculum And Professional Examinations. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Task 1 Is Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz.B. The Contractors Obligation Is To Deliver The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Indicated In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (For Task 1), Its Unloading, Assembly And Commissioning. C. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Deliveries, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Responsible For Meeting Other Requirements Specified In The Contract Template And Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions. D. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused. The Devices Must Be Equipped With Legally Unused Software Enabling The Implementation Of All Assumptions Specified In The Specification. Licensed Exclusively To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Legality Of The Software And The Requested Service Modes.E. All Components Of The Device, I.E. Electronics And Mechanical Components, Must Be Covered By A Full Warranty For The Offered Warranty Period. G. The Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Described In Task 1 Is 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Warranty Period.
