Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic For The Warmian-Masurian Regional Branch Of The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture And Its Subordinate District Offices In The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Including The Sending Of Letter Items By The Contractor To The Operator Designated Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended), For Which The Legal Provisions Stipulate That Submitting A Letter To The Post Office Of The Designated Operator Is Tantamount To Submitting It To The Court Or The Deadline For Submitting The Letter Is Deemed To Have Been Met If The Letter Was Posted At The Post Office Of The Designated Operator Before Its Expiry,2. Providing Parcel Collection Services From The Buildings Of The Ordering Partys Organizational Units And Delivering Them To The Contractors And Designated Operators Post Offices.
