3/10 The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Road Connecting Ul. Component From Ul. Lotników Polskich In Dęblin As Part Of The Investment Project Called Preparation Of Documentation For The Construction Of A Road Connecting Ul. Składowa With Ul. Lotników Polskich. The Task Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311), Hereinafter Referred To As The Special Act. The Scope Of The Documentation Includes The Design Of A Public Road With A Length Of Approx. 400 M, Along With All The Elements Necessary For Its Proper Functioning, In Particular: 1) Road Structure (Road, Shoulders, Exits, Sidewalks). 2) Road Drainage System, Including Storm Sewage, Drainage Devices With A Possible Separator And Other Facilities Required Due To The Location Of The Investment In A Flood Area, Along With Obtaining All Required Water Permits. 3) Road Lighting, Including The Design Of The Electrical Installation, Foundations, Poles, Fixtures And Power Supply.4) Road Culvert On The Irenka River.5) Service Channel.6) Reconstruction, Protection Or Removal Of Conflicts With The Existing Technical Infrastructure.7) Permanent Traffic Organization And Road Traffic Safety Devices.8) Land Development In The Road Area.3.11. The Designed Road Is Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan Resolution No. Lxiii/436/2002 Of October 10, 2002 On Amending The Local Spatial Development Plan Dęblin - Centrum Ii - Part I, Marked With The Symbol 019 Kd And Is Located In A Flood Area, However, Due To The Need To Acquire Land For The Construction Of The Road, The Design Documentation Must Be Prepared Based On The Regulations Special Acts.3.12. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of A Land Development Concept, Including The Proposed Location Of Road Elements And Proposed Materials And Technical Solutions, For The Ordering Partys Opinion - 1 Copy. 2) Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes And The Necessary Geodetic Measurements. 3) Development Of All Materials Required By The Provisions Of The Special Act For The Application For Issuing A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (4 Copies), Including: A) A Map On A Scale Of At Least 1:5000 Showing The Proposed Route Of The Road, Marking The Area Necessary For Construction Facilities, And The Existing Infrastructure, B) Analysis Of The Roads Connection With Other Public Roads, C) Maps Containing Real Estate Division Projects, Prepared In Accordance With Separate Regulations, D) Identification Of Real Estate Or Parts Thereof That Are Planned To Be Taken Over By The State Treasury Or A Local Government Unit, E) Identification Of Real Estate Or Parts Thereof Whose Use Will Be Limited, F) Identification Of Changes In The Existing Land Development Infra
