Tenders Are Invited For Providing Shelter Services For Homeless Women And Homeless People With Children From The City Of Kalisz In 2026.

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Shelter Services, I.E. Providing Temporary 24-Hour Shelter In A Shelter For Homeless Women Along With Ensuring The Necessary Social Conditions For Homeless People, Including Food And Social Work Aimed At Helping In Dealing With Basic Life Matters, Developing Or Strengthening The Activity And Independence Of Homeless People, Restoring Life In Society And Making These People Independent. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 48A Of The Act On Social Assistance Of March 12, 2004 (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended)2) The Standard Of Basic Services Provided In A Shelter For Homeless People, The Qualifications Of Persons Providing Services There And The Standard Of The Facility In Which The Shelter For Homeless People Is Located Must Be In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896, As Amended). 3) The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Estimated Number Of Homeless Women Referred Per Year Will Be 12 People, And It Is Assumed That It Will Not Be Less Than 11 People. 4) Due To The Specific Nature Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By The Variability Of Customer Needs Due To Their Changing Health Condition And Personal Situation, The Number Of Homeless People Provided By The Ordering Party Is The Number Expected Throughout The Duration Of This Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Above. Number Of People Depending On The Actual Needs In This Regard. The Contractor Declares That He Accepts The Above Reservations And Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims, Including Monetary Ones, Against The Ordering Party. 5) The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Actual Number Of People Using The Services Provided By The Shelter. 6) Each Time A Person In Need Of Shelter Will Be Placed On The Basis Of A Referral To A Shelter And An Individual Administrative Decision To Grant Assistance In The Form Of Shelter, Issued By The Director Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Kalisz Or Another Authorized Person. The Decision Will Include: Name And Surname Of The Beneficiary, Type And Period Of Service Provision. In Particularly Justified Cases, The Contractor Will Provide Services Based On Data Provided By Phone Or E-Mail.
