The Subject Of This Order Includes The Delivery Of The Following Hardware And Software, Including Their Installation, Implementation, Configuration And Training: 2.1. Delivery Of Equipment2.1.1. Server With Operating System And 50 Access Licenses – 1 Pc.2.1.2. Edge Device – Utm – 1 Pc.2.1.3. Managed Network Switch – 1 Pc.2.1.4. Emergency Power Supply – 40 Pcs.2.1.5. Rack Emergency Power Supply – 1 Pc.2.1.6. Disk Array With Deduplication Function – 1 Pc.2.2. Software Delivery And Implementation2.2.1. Siem/Soar Class System – 1 Pc.2.2.2. Monitoring System – 1 Pc.2.2.3. Training Platform – 1 Pc.3. The Offered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From The Rights Of Persons Or Third Parties, Complete And Ready For Operation.4. The Contractor Will Also Provide The Ordering Party With The Legally Required Certificates, Ce Declarations Of Conformity, Equipment Manuals, Warranty Documents (Manufacturers Warranty) Enabling The Exercise Of The Rights Arising Therefrom Separately For Each Equipment.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Equipment Being The Subject Of The Delivery Be Manufactured No Earlier Than 9 Months From The Date Of Delivery. The Software Must Be Delivered And Installed In The Current (Stable) Version On The Day Of Its Installation.6. As Part Of The Work, And In Particular Configuration Work, The Ordering Party Expects The Functionality Of All Its Systems And Applications To Be Maintained. Implementation Work Must Be Carried Out In Such A Way As Not To Disrupt The Normal Operation Of The Office. If, During The Work Carried Out, There Is A Need To Reconfigure The Systems Owned By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Such Reconfigurations At His Own Risk And At His Own Expense.7. The Ordering Party Expects All Implemented Services To Be Compliant With Itil (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) In The Field Of Best It Service Management Practices In Order To Increase The Efficiency, Effectiveness And Security Of It Operations, In Particular In Effective Risk Management, Responding To Security Incidents, As Well As Ensuring Compliance With Legal Regulations And Industry Standards.8. The Material And Financial Schedule (Hrf) Divided Into Stages With Value, Order Of Scope Implementation, Milestones Will Be Established By The Contractor In Consultation With The Ordering Party And Accepted By The Ordering Party Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Agreement.
