The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Washed Basalt Grits Of 2-5 Mm Fractions In Quantities Of Up To 170 Tons By Self-Unloading Trucks And Of Washed Basalt Grits Of 5-8 Mm Fractions In Quantities Of Up To 80 Tons By Self-Unloading Trucks. Grits Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13043:2004 Standard. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Above-Mentioned Requirements, But The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Indicate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Supply Of Gritstones Meeting The Requirements Of Another Standard Will Be Considered Equivalent Solutions, Provided That The Technical Parameters Contained In Such A Standard Are Not Worse Than The Parameters Specified In The Pn-En 13043:2004 Standard. The Given Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Is An Estimated Value, If The Ordering Party Does Not Complete The Quantitative Purchase During The Duration Of The Contract, The Purchase Is Considered Completed Without Any Claims For Damages. The Minimum Quantity Fulfillment Is 80% Of The Subject Of The Order. Delivery Will Take Place Successively On Working Days (Monday To Friday) Between 7:00 A.M. And 2:00 P.M., According To The Ordering Partys Order Regarding Quantity And Delivery Date. The Grits Will Be Delivered In Stages, Each Time In Quantities Of Up To 25 Tons. The Place Of Delivery Is The Material And Equipment Base In Sielec, Sielec 144, 22-122 Leśniowice.
