1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Participants Of The Project Social Services Close To People - Support For The Elderly And People With Disabilities In The Wartkowice Commune, I.E. People Indicated By The Commune Social Welfare Center, People Who Need Support In Everyday Functioning, Living In The Wartkowice Commune.2. The Contractor May Submit One Offer For Preparing And Delivering A Meal To The Project Participants Place Of Residence. 3. The Estimated Number Of Participants Eating Lunches On One Day Is 10. The Number Of Meals Served Depends On The Activity Of Participation In The Project And May Change For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Project Participants. 4. A Meal Is Understood As A Hot Lunch Set Including: - Soup: One Portion - Min. 300 Ml/Person/Day; - Main Course: Meat Dish (3 Times A Week), Fish Or Meatless Dish (2 Times A Week) - One Portion - Min. 120 G/Person/Day; - Additions To Hot Dishes - E.G. Boiled Potatoes, Roasted Potatoes, Rice, Groats, Silesian Dumplings, Potato Dumplings - One Portion - Min. 150 G/Person/Day; - Vegetable Addition, E.G. Blanched Vegetables, Salads, Lettuces - One Portion - Min. 120 G/Person /Day.5. The Ordering Party Anticipates The Maximum Number Of Lunch Sets: 1,890 (10 People X 189 Working Days) In 2026 + 2,530 (10 People X 253 Working Days) In 2027, Which Gives A Total Of 4,420 Lunch Sets By December 31, 20276. Meals Must Be: Fresh, Prepared On The Day Of Delivery, Appropriate In Terms Of Nutritional Value, Transported In Conditions That Maintain The Appropriate Temperature. The Contractor May Not Use Highly Processed Products (E.G. Soup Or Powdered Sauce) To Prepare Meals. Meals Should Be Of Good Quality And Have Appropriate Taste And Aesthetic Values, Taking Into Account The Level Of The Glycemic Index Of The Dishes. 7. The Expected Number Of Meals Is An Estimate, The Meal Will Be Settled Based On The Number Of Meals Actually Delivered. The Actual Number Of Meals Ordered Will Depend On The Number Of People Ultimately Supported By The Provision Of Meals. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Meals On His Own And Using His Own Means Of Transport Directly To Their Place Of Residence, I.E. Łódź Voivodeship, Poddębice County, Wartkowice Commune, The Participants Address Of Residence Indicated By The Ordering Party. 10. Meals Will Be Delivered 5 Days A Week From Monday To Friday From 12.00 To 16.00, Excluding Public Holidays. In Order To Facilitate Cooperation Between The Contractor And The Participant In The Collection Of The Delivered Meal, The Contractor Will Establish An Individual Schedule With Each Person, Indicating The Time Of Arrival.11. The Contractor Will Prepare Meals In Accordance With The Principles Of Hygiene And Rational Nutrition Specified In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety, Including The Implementing Provisions To This Act.12.
