As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor: A) Will Prepare A Design Concept, In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In The Fup - Annex No. 4 To This Swz. B) Will Prepare Complete, Comprehensive, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Based On The Concept Adopted By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In The Ffu - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Allows Changes To The Adopted Concept Resulting From The Design Work And Provided That They Are Accepted By The Ordering Party. C) Will Perform All Necessary Inventories, Assessments Of The Technical Condition, Expert Opinions, Maps For Design Purposes, Geotechnical Soil Tests And Provide Their Results, Will Determine The Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Building Structures, And Will Also Perform Expert Opinions And Tests That, In Accordance With Generally Applicable Legal Regulations, Will Prove Necessary To Preparation Of Complete And Comprehensive Design Documentation, And Will Also Allow The Ordering Party To Carry Out The Investment Task. D) Completed Construction, Technical, Executive And Interior Design Designs (For All Industries - Architectural And Construction, Construction, Electrical Installations, Sanitary Installations), Bill Of Quantities (For All Works), Investor Cost Estimates (For All Works), Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (For All Works), E) As Part Of The Preparation Of The Design Documentation, The Contractor Will Obtain All Necessary Decisions And Permits, Including: A Decision On A Building Permit And/Or Will Positively Report Construction Works, Obtain Technical Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements And Permits, And Obtain Other Documents Enabling The Ordering Party To Perform Works Resulting From The Completed Design Documentation.
