1. The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Sale And Delivery Of A Used Rotary Wheeled Excavator According To The Technical Description Constituting Annex 1 A To Swz. B) The Requirements Provided By The Ordering Party In These Proceedings Are Minimum Requirements And Should Be Compulsorily Met. C) The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Used Rotary Excavator With Transport To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. D) The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order. The Offered Rotary Excavator Must Be Free From Legal Defects, Rights And Claims Of Third Parties, Pledges, Transfers Of Ownership For Security, Enforcement Activities And Other Encumbrances. The Contractor Is Solely Responsible For The Legality Of The Origin Of The Machine And For The Possibility Of Its Lawful Placing On The Market And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Offered Machine Must Be Complete, Technically Efficient, Ready For Operation In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose And In Accordance With The Swz Requirements And The Contractors Offer.
