1. The Subject Of The Order Is Preparation And Delivery Of Meals (Catering Service) For Children Attending The Public Nursery In Milanówek On The Days When The Facility Provides Care. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes Preparation From Own Products, Delivery Of Meals (Including A Two-Course Dinner) Using Own Transport In Accordance With The Recommendations And Standards Of Nutrition For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age Developed By The Institute Of Food And Nutrition, Together With The Collection Of Waste/Meal Residues. 3. The Contractors Kitchen Must Be Located No More Than 10 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, I.E. 05-822 Milanówek, Ul. Warszawska 18A, So That The Order Is Processed Efficiently And In Accordance With Your Needs.4. Requirements Regarding Meals: A) The Contractor Will Deliver Meals Using His Own Transport And At His Own Expense In Accordance With The Submitted Offer. B) Meals Should Be Delivered In Thermoses And Containers For Which The Contractor Has Appropriate Approvals And Certificates. Meals With Exclusionary Diets Should Be Appropriately Marked - In Accordance With The Agreement With The Ordering Party. C) The Meals Should Be Transported In A Car Adapted To Transport Food, For Which The Contractor Has Appropriate Documents Confirming The Adaptation Of The Vehicle. D) The Estimated Number Of Children Provided With Additional Nutrition Is Approximately 58 (This Number May Change During The Year - Decreased Or Increased, Depending On Current Needs). The Ordering Party Plans The Following Estimated Number Of Meal Sets: 58 Children X 191 Days X 75% Attendance Of Children In The Nursery = Approximately 8,309 Meal Sets During The Duration Of The Contract. Required Meal Delivery Hours:• 7:50 - 8:15 - 1St And 2Nd Breakfast;• Hrs. 11:00-11:15 Second Course;• Hrs. 14-00-14:15 Soup And Afternoon Snack.
