Our Current Erp System, Microsoft Dynamics Gp, Is Approaching End-Of-Life And Will No Longer Meet The Ongoing Operational Needs Of The Organization.The Intent Of This Rfp Is To Engage With Vendors Who Can Deliver A Sustainable, Secure, And User-Friendly Erp Solution That Aligns With The County Of Forty Mile No. 8’S Long-Term Goals For Efficiency, Accountability, And Service Excellence.The County Of Forty Mile No. 8 Is A Rural Municipality In Southern Alberta, Covering Just Over 7,283 Square Kilometres With A Population Of Over 4,000 In 2025. Our Main Office Is Located Just South Of The Village Of Foremost.The County Has A Strong Agricultural Base With Farms And Ranching Operations, And Our Non-Residential Tax Base Includes Renewable Energy Projects, Pipelines, And Transmission Lines. Together These Provide Important Contributions To Our Overall Assessment. The County Ranges From The South Saskatchewan River To The North And The United States Border To The South With County Of Warner And The Md Of Taber To The West And Cypress County To The East.Our Core Municipal Services Include Property Taxation, Utility Billing, Road And Infrastructure Maintenance, And Other Community Services.
