The Subject Of The Demand Management Is Construction Work Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Facade Of The Apartment Building Salmovská 437 Velký Šenov, Including The Contact Insulation System Eps 120 Mm. The Facade Will Be Cleaned, The Original Plaster Will Be Removed And Replaced With A New One, Then The Insulation System Will Be Installed (Facade Polystyrene 120 Eps70f), Then The Top Mineral Plaster Will Be Applied In The Color Chosen By The Client. Part Of The Demand Management Is Also The Repair Of The Stairs - Complete Removal Of The Stairs, Earthwork (Creating The Foundation For The New Stairs), Concreting The Foundations With The Installation And Installation Of Steel Reinforcement, And Setting The Stairs Back. The Delivery And Installation Of 18 Outdoor Aluminum Window Sills (White Color, Drawn Al25, Width 360 Mm) Is Also Included.
