The Service Is Regulated In The Law On The Organization Of Labor Services (380/2023), § 53. The Procurement Is A Cross-Regional Joint Procurement. Raahe Employment Area / Raahe City Acts As The Procurement Unit. The Ykn Employment Area Has Authorized The Raahe Employment Area / The City Of Raahe To Implement A Joint Procurement. The Aim Of The Coaching Services Is To Coach Jobseeker-Customers In Applying For A Job, Clarifying Career Choice And Career Options, Applying For Vocational Training And Developing Working Life Skills, As Well As Supporting Customers In Getting A Job And Getting Attached To A Job. The Procurement Concerns The Years 2026-2027. The Procurement Is Divided Into Three Parts According To The Content Of The Service: - Career And Job Search Coaching - Job Coaching With Performance Bonus - Job Coaching With No Performance Bonus The Service Provider Can Submit An Offer In Either One Or More Parts Of The Request For Tender. The Content Of The Coaching Service To Be Procured Is Presented In More Detail In The Service Descriptions Attached To The Request For Tender. The Service Is Free Of Charge For Participants. The Service Provider Must Include In The Price All Costs Arising From The Implementation Of The Service, Including Equipment And Network Connections That The Participants May Need. Based On The Procurement, A Framework Agreement Is Drawn Up Regarding Each Part Of The Procurement. In The Framework Arrangement Procedure, The Acceptance Of The Offer Means That The Offerer Can Receive Orders, But It Does Not Give The Accepted Offeror The Subjective Right To Receive A Predefined/Estimated Number Of Services. The Framework Agreement Includes An Option Right. Under The Terms Of The Framework Agreement, The Subscribers Have An Option Right To A Maximum Of Two (2) Additional Contract Periods Corresponding To The Original Contract Period. Additional Procurement Can Be Carried Out For A Smaller Amount Than The Original Procurement. Note! Part 2 Of The Procurement Includes The Employment Condition.
