The City Of Hämeenlinna Is Asking For Your Offers Regarding The Renovation Of The Kotirinne Daycare Center. The Contract Is Implemented As A Total Contract, The Renovation Is Offered As A Fixed-Price Total Contract, Which Includes All The Construction And Building Engineering Work Presented In The Tender Documents. This Is A Construction Contract In Accordance With The Procurement Act 1397/2016, The Expected Value Of Which Exceeds The National Threshold Value. The Most Economically Advantageous Solution Is Used As A Basis For Comparison. Bidders Must Offer A Binding Total Price. The Bidder Who Offered The Lowest Overall Price Gets The Maximum Points Of 70P, And The Points Of The Other Bidders Are Calculated In Relation To The Winner Using The Formula: Lowest Price/Offered Price* Maximum Points (70P). Quality Points Are Evaluated Separately, Maximum Quality Points 30P. For The Purpose Of Quality Assessment, The Procurement Unit Establishes A Quality Assessment Board, Which Consists Of Experts From The Procurement Units Facility Services (3-4 People). The Bidders Quality Points Are Added To The Price Points. Negotiations Are Held Before The Procurement Decision Is Drawn Up. The Time For The Report Negotiations Is In The Weeks 17-18.
