There Is A Need To Renew The File Sharing System At Thl. The Aim Of The Reform Is: - To Obtain A Replacement For The Owncloud Implementation Currently In Use At Thl; - To Improve The Information Security Of The Service; - Suitable For Sharing Confidential Material And Enabling The Streaming Of Av Material And The Sharing Of Files To Users Outside The Organization; - Enables The Sharing Of Large Files. There May Be One Or Two Information System Solutions To Be Acquired In This Context:- Sharing Of Large, Confidential And Tl Iv Files - Streaming Of Av Material (Tl Iv) Architecture: - The System Offered Is Either A Saas Service Or An Onpremise System Maintained By The Supplier In Valtors Or The Suppliers Environment. - The Connection To Entra Id Or Ad.Thl Requires That The Acquired Solution Meets The Accessibility Requirements Defined In The Digital Services Act (306/2019) In Accordance With Valid National Regulations (Currently At Least Wcag 2.1. Aa). The Supplier Must Strive Within A Reasonable Time To Update The Product To Meet The Updated Requirement Levels (Wcag 2.2 Requirements During The Year 2026). Nature Of The Information Request This Notice Is A Request For Information, The Purpose Of Which Is To Map The Solution Options Of Suppliers Operating In The Market For The File Sharing System. Decisions On The Procurement Procedure And The Content Of A Possible Tender Are Made After The Survey. Submitting A Request For Information Does Not Obligate Thl To Start The Procurement Procedure Or To Use The Information Provided In The Responses To The Request For Information In The Procurement Procedure. Answering Or Not Answering The Request For Information Does Not Prevent Participation In A Possible Tender. The Information And Answers Given In This Information Request Are Not Binding On The Provider. Only The Information Provided In The Offer Given On The Basis Of A Possible Tender Request Is Binding On The Tenderer. Responding To The Request For Information We Ask That The Response To This Request For Information Be Submitted In Writing. The Questions To Which We Hope To Be Answered Are Described In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Information.
