Tenders Are Invited For Procurement Of Riihimäki Citys Outdoor Garbage Container Emptying Service

The City Of Riihimäki (Hereafter The Procurement Unit Or The Client) Is Requesting Bids For The Procurement Of The Outdoor Trash Can Emptying Service Of The City Of Riihimäki In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Emptying Of Outdoor Trash Cans. Garbage Cans Are Mainly Located On The Sides Of The Streets And Some Inside The Parks Along The Park Corridors And Near The Playgrounds. There Are Also Trash Cans In The Station Tunnel And In Two Squares. There Are A Total Of 433 Containers To Be Emptied. There Are 330 Containers To Be Emptied Once A Week, The Emptying Interval Of Which Must Be 6-7 Days. There Are 103 Containers To Be Emptied Twice A Week, Whose Emptying Days Are On Mondays And Fridays. The Waste That Goes Into The Containers Is Mixed Waste Caused By People And Dog Waste. The Waste Is Delivered To The City Depot At On The Platform Intended For Waste. The Contract Period Is 1 May To 31 October 2026. The Procurement Includes One (1) One (1) Term Option Period (1.5.-31.10.2027), The Implementation Of Which The Subscriber Decides Independently And Announces Separately Before The End Of The Actual Contract Period. During The Option Period, The Procurement Contract Will Be Applied Under The Previous Conditions, In Accordance With The Conditions That Are Valid At The End Of The Actual Contract Period. In This Procurement, The Lowest Price Is Used As The Basis For The Overall Economic Advantage, And The Service Provider Who Offered The Lowest Price And Meets The Minimum Requirements Is Selected. All Procurement Requirements Are Presented In The Request For Tender And Its Attachments. The Tender Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities, And The Contract Does Not Constitute An Exclusive Right For The Service Provider To Carry Out The Procurement.
