This Is A Market Survey, Not An Advance Notice, Not A Procurement Notice, And Not A Request For Tenders. The City Of Helsinkis Education And Training Is Planning The Purchase Of Physical Education And Sports Equipment For Elementary Schools And High Schools For The Period 1 October 2026 - 30 September 2029. The Purchase Includes A One (1) Year Option, The Use Of Which Is Decided By The Customer. The Products Offered Must Be Generally Used In Schools And Their Quality And Characteristics Should Be Suitable For Elementary School And High School Use (E.G. Sports High School Or Sports-Oriented School). In Addition, The Furniture And Equipment Must Be Safe, Serviceable, Refurbishable And Spare Parts Must Be Available For At Least Three (3) Years. We Are Particularly Interested In Hearing Other Aspects Of Responsibility And How They Could Be Reflected In The Tender And Its Attachments. The Offer Can Be Given For One, Several Or All Target Groups, But In Such A Way That The Target Groups Presented In The Request For Tender Must Be Offered In Their Entirety, That A Significant Part Of The Deliveries Of The Ordered Equipment Takes Place In The Summer Season, As A Large Part Of The Projects Are Completed In June-July And The Operation Of The Object Starts In August. The Punctuality Of Delivery Times Is Of Essential Importance To The Customer. Three (3) Suppliers Will Be Selected, Provided That There Are At Least This Number Of Approved Bidders And Offers. In The Future Contract, Purchases Will Be Made In Order Of Priority. The Order Of Priority Can Be Deviated From If The Primary Supplier Is Unable To Deliver The Products In The Schedule Required By The Customer. No Compensation Is Paid For Registering For The Market Survey. Participating In The Market Survey Does Not Bind The Participants To Participate In The Tender, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Later Participation In The Actual Tender. Registering For The Market Survey Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In The Actual Tender. The Market Survey Is Accompanied By Preliminary Draft Documents, On Which We Ask For Your Comments. The Request For Tender Is Still In The Preparation Phase. Due To Incompleteness, The Texts In The Draft Request For Tender Attached To The Request For Information May Change In The Actual Request For Tender. We Are Asking For Comments On The Attached Documents On 31.3. By 12:00. In Your Answers, Please Refer To To The Point To Which The Additional Information Or Comment Applies. The Information Received Will Be Used To Support The Request For Tenders And Any Tenders That May Be Carried Out Later.
