The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Delivery Of A Factory-New Front-End Loader With An Attached Cargo Bucket, For The Needs Of Op Spto And The Accompanying Services For Warranty And Out-Of-Warranty Service Within The Warranty Period Proposed By The Participant And Training Of The Staff Of The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Requirements Described In The Technical Specification. The Out-Of-Warranty Service Will Be Assigned If Necessary Within The Warranty Period And Implies Technical Maintenance/Repair And Delivery Of Spare Parts, As A Result Of Damage Occurring During The Operation Of The Delivered Equipment, Which Are Not Included And Not Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty And Proven Not To Have Occurred Due To The Fault Of The Contractor. The Environment Intended For The Operation Of The Front Loader Is Industrial, Typical For The Operation Of A Landfill For Mixed Municipal Waste.
