The Contracting Authority Hereby Invites You To Register For The Tender For The Supply Of Five (5) Mechanical Field Service Trailers (Mfsts) And The Performance Of Preventive, Corrective And Modifying Maintenance And Damage Repair On Five (5) Mfsts For Fifteen (15) Years From The Last Delivery. In The Context Of This Tender, The Contracting Authority Issues An Order For The Supply And Maintenance Of A Trailer, Equipped With A Drop-Off Container, Which Can Be Connected To Various Vehicles Within Defense. The Trailer Is Used For The Storage, Supply And Replacement Of Lubricants In The Field, At Locations Within The Base Support, Including Garage, Workshop And Landing And Beach Areas. The Configuration To Be Delivered Must Consist Of A 10Ft Container That Is Suitable For Placement On The Pacton T-30 Trailers Made Available By The Contracting Authority. The Container Must Be Equipped With All Necessary Equipment For The Storage, Supply And Use Of Lubricants And Must Have Facilities That Enable Entry Into The Container And The Safe, Effective And Efficient Performance Of Work. Maintenance Of The Trailer And Container Is Also Required During The Term Of The Agreement. This Includes Both Preventive Maintenance, To Prevent Damage, And Corrective Maintenance, To Repair Damage. The Maintenance Concept Is Coordinated With The Contracting Authority On The Way In Which The Trailer And Container Are Used In The Field And Contributes To The Safe, Reliable And Efficient Use Of The System.
