Invest-Nl Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For Carrying Out Internal Audit Assignments For The Internal Audit Function. The Contractor Carries Out Audits Based On The Audit Plan Established By Invest-Nl And Provides Specialist Audit Expertise In, Among Other Things, Financial Processes, Investment Processes, Information Security And Supporting Business Processes. The Work Includes Conducting Audits, Reporting Findings And Recommendations And Supporting The Follow-Up Of Audit Findings. The Services Are Provided On-Demand During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Assignment Concerns The Performance Of Internal Audit Assignments For The Internal Audit Function Of Invest-Nl. The Services Are Provided On Demand Based On The Audit Plan Established By Invest-Nl. Invest-Nl Assumes An Average Of Approximately Four (4) Internal Audits Per Year, With An Estimated Commitment Of Approximately 100 To 130 Hours Per Audit, Depending On The Nature And Complexity Of The Assignment. The Estimated Contract Value For The Initial Term Of Two (2) Years Is Approximately € 400,000 To € 700,000 (Excluding Vat). The Maximum Order Value Over The Total Term Of The Framework Agreement Is € 700,000 (Excluding Vat). The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With One Contractor For An Initial Term Of Two (2) Years, With The Option Of Two Extensions Of One (1) Year (2 + 1 + 1).
