Through This Tender Procedure, De Waerdenborch Selects A Number Of Architects (With Advisors) For The Design Assignment For The New School Building And A Sports Hall. The Aim Is To Award The Contract To One Architect Who Will Design Both Buildings. De Waerdenborch Is The Client For The Design Of The School, The Municipality Of Rijssen-Holten Is The Client For The Design Of The Sports Hall. Two Agreements Are Therefore Concluded With The Design Team To Which The Contract Is Awarded; One Assignment Agreement With Both Clients.
