The Client Is Looking For Contractors Who Are Able To Realize The Specifications Of The Integrated Child Center (Hereinafter Ikc) On The Basis Of A Traditional Implementation Assignment (Uav 2012). The Work Relating To The Realization Of The New Construction Ikc Het Veen In Nieuwveen Project Will Include: ▪ Ikc Construction Work (Plot 1); ▪ Electrical Engineering Work Ikc (Lot 2); ▪ Mechanical Engineering Work Ikc (Lot 2). A New Ikc Het Veen Will Be Built In Nieuwveen As A Replacement For The Two Locations Of Sws De Veenvogel And Ringkant. The Plot Size Is Approximately 9,591 M2. The New Construction Will Be Realized On This Plot, Consisting Of: • New Construction Of Sws De Veenvogel, 2162 M2 Gross Floor Area; • New Construction Of Stichting Kinderopvang Liemeer, 539 M2 Gross Floor Area; • Newly Built Sports Hall Consisting Of 2 Gymnasiums And Associated Functions, 1000 M2 Gross Floor Area; • Multifunctional Space, 170 M2 Gross Floor Area; • Outdoor Area 852 M2.
