P26-036 Paved Road Condition Assessment 2026 . City Of Prince George (The City) Invites Proposals From Experienced And Qualified Suppliers To Assess The Condition Of Its Paved Road And Intersection Assets. The Assessment Shall Be Conducted Following Industry Standards, Including The Bc Moti Pavement Surface Condition Rating Manual, Sixth Edition (March 2020), And Relevant Astm Standards For Longitudinal Profiling And Roughness Measurement (E.G., Astm E1926). Data Collection May Employ Fully-Automated Technologies, Such As Laser Crack Measurement Systems (Lcms), Vehicle-Mounted Mobile Laser Scanners (Mls), Or Equivalent Sensor-Fusion Platforms, Provided All Delivered Data Meet The City’S Accuracy, Georeferencing, And Traceability Requirements. The Goal Of This Assessment Is To Provide Comprehensive, High-Quality Data On Pavement Distresses, Roughness (Iri), Rutting, And Other Surface Conditions To Inform Maintenance Planning, Infrastructure Management, And Future Data-Driven Decision-Making. This Solicitation May Lead To Sequential Or Concurrent Negotiations With One Or More Proponents Offering The Most Advantageous Proposal(S), Or To The Creation Of A Contract Without Negotiations.
