Vennesla Municipality Invites A Limited Tender Competition In Connection With The Establishment Of A Dynamic Purchasing Scheme (Hereinafter Referred To As Dio) For The Hiring Of Contractor Services, Machinery And Equipment. A Dio Is A Two-Stage Procedure According To Regulations On Public Procurement (Foa) Parts I And Iii, And Is Announced As A Limited Tender Competition, Cf. Foa Section 26-5 (1). This Competition Starts With A Qualifying Phase. Only Those Suppliers Who Meet The Qualification Requirements And Are Selected Will Have The Opportunity To Submit Offers In The Next Round. All Costs In Connection With The Procurement Process Must Be Fully Covered By The Tenderer. In This Step Of The Process, Interested Suppliers Can Apply To Be Qualified And Included In The Dynamic Purchasing Scheme. New Potential Suppliers Can Continuously Apply For Qualification For Admission To The Scheme. Procurement Under The Scheme Will Take Place With The Publication Of Mini-Competitions, Where All Qualified Suppliers At Any Time Will Be Given The Opportunity To Submit Offers. Please Note That There Must Be A Minimum Of 3 Suppliers Who Have Been Included In The Scheme Before It Will Be Used/Published Competitions Under The Scheme.
