Hiring A Company Specialized In Providing Support Home Services In The City Of Porto Velho/Ro, To Serve Patients Undergoing Health Treatment Outside The Municipality Of Monte Negro - Ro. The Provision Of Lodging/Daily Services Must Be With Separate Rooms Between Men And Women, With Air Conditioning, A Cafeteria, Provision Of At Least Three Meals (Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner) And Provision Of Transportation From The House To The Place Of Treatment (Round Trip) Starting At 06:30 In The Morning And Ending At 18:00 Hours, From Monday To Friday, Carrying Out At Least 3 Itineraries (Morning, Midday And Late Afternoon) Per Day By Pick-Up And Drop-Off On The Routes Of Hospital De Base, Policlínica Oswaldo Cruz, São Peregrino, Hospital De Amor, Santa Marcelina And Clinics And Hospitals Affiliated With Sus. Note. The Support House Must Have Accessibility, An Operating License And A Fire Department. There Must Be A Place To Rest For Up To (02) Two Drivers Per Day, With Food Included.
