Proposal Requirements: All proposals must be signed by an official agent or representative of the organization submitting the proposal. If any portion of the work is to be outsourced or subcontracted, this must be clearly stated in the proposal, including the name and description of the subcontractor. All costs must be all-inclusive and itemized, including fees for any outsourced or contracted work. Proposals must respond to every subsection, question, and instruction contained in this RFP without exception. Additional Requirements: Proposals must be submitted in English. Submit one original copy of the proposal in the sealed envelope. Any questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to

Contract terms and conditions will be negotiated upon selection of the winning bidder.
