Tenders are invited for Time Charter of Two Numbers 70 Ton BP Twin Azimuth Stern Drive Harbour Tugs for the Sri Lanka Ports Authority for Operations at the Port of Colombo, Sri Lanka Ports Authority. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested parties on the submission of a written application to the Chief Manager (Supplies and Materials Management) at Supplies Division, Sri Lanka Ports Authority, No.45, Leyden Bastian Road, Colombo 01, SRI LANKA and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of United States Dollars One Thousand (USD 1,000.00) all inclusive of taxes converted to Sri Lankan Rupees calculated from middle exchange rate on date of procurement of bidding document. Each and every bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of United States Dollars Ninety Three Thousand per tug (USD 93,000.00 per tug) and must be addressed and delivered to Chairman High Level Procurement Committee (HLPC), Ministry of Ports and Civil Aviation, No. 19, Chaithya Road, Colombo 01, Sri Lanka not later than 1400 hours on 30th April 2026, in accordance with Instructions to Bidders.
