The Procurement Includes Agreements For Winter Maintenance On Municipal Roads, Pavements, Footpaths And Cycleways, Parking Areas And Other Traffic Areas In Accordance With The Municipalitys Zoning Map. The Client Has Divided The Procurement Into 11 Subcontracts (Zones). This Has Been Done To Stimulate Competition And Facilitate Both Small And Large Suppliers To Be Able To Make Offers In Line With The Municipalitys Procurement Strategy. The Client Wants Offers From Suppliers With The Professional, Technical And Financial Basis Necessary To Fulfill The Contractual Obligations And Ensure A Winter Operating Standard In Line With Trondheim Municipalitys Guidelines.
