This Competition Starts With A Qualifying Phase. Only Those Suppliers Who Meet The Qualification Requirements And Are Selected Will Have The Opportunity To Submit Offers In The Next Round. All Costs In Connection With The Procurement Process Must Be Fully Covered By The Tenderer. In This Step Of The Process, Interested Suppliers Can Apply To Be Qualified And Included In The Dynamic Purchasing Scheme. New Potential Suppliers Can Continuously Apply For Qualification For Admission To The Scheme. Procurement Under The Scheme Will Take Place With The Publication Of Mini-Competitions, Where All Qualified Suppliers At Any Time Will Be Given The Opportunity To Submit Offers.
