Aircraft Refueling Services – Call For Proposals For The Occupation And Management Of Refueling Stations In Application Of Article L2122-1-1 Of The General Code Of Property Of Public Entities, The Region Is Organizing A Call For Proposals Procedure Allowing Potential Operators To Express Their Candidacy For The Occupation Of Outbuildings On Its Public Airport Property. The Authorization To Occupy Public Airport Property Issued At The End Of This Procedure Is Governed By The General Code Of Property Of Public Persons (Cg3p). It Is Temporary, Precarious, Revocable And Does Not Give The Future Occupant Any Real Rights Over The Occupied Outbuildings. Issued Intuitu Personae, It Will Take The Form Of An Order From The President Of The Provence Alpes Côte Dazur Region. The Future Occupant/Operator May Not Sub-Grant, Assign Or Transfer The Rights Conferred By The Authorization Granted Without The Prior Written Consent Of The Provence-Alpes-Côte Dazur Region. The Authorized Activity Compatible With The Use Of The Public Airport Domain Concerns The Storage And Sale Of Fuel Intended For Light Aviation. It Allows The Economic Exploitation Of The Public Domain. This Is In No Way A Question Of Awarding The Future Occupant/Operator A Public Service Delegation Or A Public Contract. The Future Occupant/Operator Will Not Be Able To Rely On Legislation Relating To Leases Of Any Nature (Civil, Commercial, Professional Or Other). The Duration Of Temporary Occupation Is 10 Years For All Aerodromes And This Is Purely Indicative From June 30, 2026
