Z O. O. At Al. Jana Pawła Ii 50. 2. The Subject Of The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 1 To The Opz). The Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 4. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of This Order For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months And A Maximum Of 72 Months (From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol - Definition In Annex No. 4 To The Swz). The Warranty Period Is Described In Point 8 Of Annex 4 To The Swz. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. 5. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Or Indicates Trademarks, Parameters Or Sources Of Origin (Names Of Manufacturers Or Devices), In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Order Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7.
