It Borders Directly On Sigmund-Freud-Straße To The West And To One Of The Main North-South Roads Within The Campus To The East. The Building Is Divided Into Components B1 To B7. Since Component B5 Has To Be Demolished Due To The Construction Of The Cable Car, The Dermatology And Maxillofacial Office Space There Must Be Located Elsewhere. For This Purpose, The Current Uses From Component B6 (Imbie) Are To Be Moved From The Rooms On The 1St And Partly On The 2Nd Floor. Some Of The Freed-Up Areas Will Need To Be Slightly Renovated And Some Will Need To Be Converted. The Renovation Work On The 2Nd Floor In The Area Of The New Offices Is Not Part Of The Measure. Furthermore, Due To The Increased Demand In Dermatology, A Restructuring Of Functions Is Necessary. This Involves Relocation Castling So That Free Areas Can Be Renovated. The Nursing Stations On The Ground Floor And 1St Floor Are Also In Need Of Renovation. In Addition, A Total Of 5 Patient Rooms On The 1St Floor In Building Section B3 Will Be Upgraded According To The Pkv Standard. To Supply The Pkv Rooms There And On The 2Nd Floor, A Pkv Kitchen Will Be Located In B6 On The 2Nd Floor. Also Part Of The Measure Is The Restructuring And Renovation Of The Mkg Doctors Rooms In B4 On The 2Nd Floor.
