The Traffic Committee (The Ordering Party) Hereby Invites Tender Applicants To Apply To Qualify For The Procurement Of Traffic Agreement E59 Regarding Commuter Train Operations In Stockholm County And Certain Neighboring Counties. The Procurement Is Carried Out In Two Stages, Where Tender Applicants In The First Stage May Apply To Be Preliminarily Qualified In The Procurement, In Stage 2 Tender Applicants Who Have Been Preliminarily Qualified Receive A Tender Invitation And Thus The Opportunity To Submit Tenders In The Procurement. In Step 2, Preliminarily Qualified Tender Applicants (Hereinafter Referred To As Tender Applicants) Are Given Access To Complete Procurement Documentation Needed To Submit Tenders. Bidders May Be Excluded From Further Participation In The Procurement If The Requirements Set In The Procurement Are Not Met. The Procurement Includes Contracts Regarding The Operation Of The Commuter Train Operations. In Addition To Traffic Operation Of The Commuter Trains, The Assignments Also Include, Among Other Things, Traffic Planning, Traffic Information, Ticket Validation, Operation And Maintenance Of Stations, Depots And Vehicles. The Commuter Train Operation Has Five Rail Branches With A Total Of 54 Stations And A Total Track Length Of Approximately 24 Km. The Stations Are Located In Stockholm County, Except For Knivsta And The End Stations Bålsta And Uppsala Which Are Located In Uppsala County, As Well As The End Station Gnesta Which Is Located In Södermanland County. Travelers: Arrivals Per Day Are About 350,000 On A Winter Weekday. Traffic: 15-Minute Traffic On The Bangren That Connects To The City Line. 30-Minute Traffic In The Outer Parts. At Peak Times, Traffic Doubles In The Inner Parts.
