The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of P5 Repairs On Vehicle 35We/35Wea No. 007, Together With Additional Works Resulting From The Option Right. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Following To Be Performed On The Vehicle Under The Contract: I. Basic Scope: During The P5 Repair, You Must: - Perform The Activities And Meet The Requirements Indicated In The Dsu; - Prepare Documentation After P5 Repair In Accordance With The Requirements Of Dsu And The Agreement; - Perform Other Activities Indicated In The Agreement. Ii. Detailed Description Of Additional Works Under The Option Right: During The P5 Repair, Taking Into Account The Provisions In § 14 Of The Ppu, The Following Additional Works Should Be Performed: Installation Of The Area For The Train Manager In The Vicinity Of Both Drivers Cabins 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Designed Provisions Of The Contract). 3. The Ordering Party Envisages Applying The Procedure Referred To In Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. The Ordering Party Will First Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And Meeting The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure. 4. The Proceedings Will Be Conducted In Polish Using Electronic Means Of Communication Via The Ordering Partys Purchasing Platform At: Https://Kolejeslaskie.Eb2b.Com.Pl.
