Plumbing And Sanitary Works – Gs Steinhude: Extension/Conversion To An All-Day School - Heating Technology, Component C. Expansion/Conversion Of The Steinhude Unter Den Hestern 3 Elementary School In 31515 Wunstorf Into An Open All-Day School. For The New Construction Of Component C, A Reversible Air-Water Heat Pump (R290 Propane) Will Be Installed As A Heat Generator In The Outdoor Systems, And In The New Heating Center In The Attic Of The Building, The Lwwp Pump Module As Well As Buffer Storage And Heating Distributor Including All Control Groups. The Heat Distribution Network Must Be Laid In Stainless Steel Pipes And Insulated In Accordance With Geg. Radiant Ceiling Panels With Zone Valves For Individual Room Control Are Primarily Used As Heating Surfaces. In Adjoining Rooms There Are Sectional Radiators With Electric. Thermostatic Valves Used For Individual Room Control. Heating Technology Heat Generator The Heat Supply To The New Building Parts C Is Provided Via A Reversible Air/Water Heat Pump With The Natural Refrigerant R290 (Propane) In Combination With A Buffer Tank, Which Is Also Equipped With Electric Heating Cartridges. The Heat Pump Is Installed Outdoors (Fenced Protection Area) On The West Side Of Building C. The Information Regarding The Protection Zone To Be Observed In The Installation Area Of The Heat Pump Was Coordinated With The Landscape Architect. The Supply Lines For Heat Transfer From The Heat Pump Run In The Pipe Trench Created On Site, To The Pipe Shaft Under Building C, To The Technical Center In The Attic Of Building C. The Cable Routes For The Heat Pumps, Including The Empty Pipes For Control And Power Supply Lines, Are Laid In The Ground Up To The Building Entry In The Pipe Basement And From There Led Via A Shaft To The Technical Room In The Attic. In The Technical Center In The Attic There Is A Heating Water Buffer Tank From Which The Heating Distributor Is Fed With Hot Water. The Heating Circuits Of The Areas To Be Supplied Are Controlled From The Heating Distributor. The Following Heating Circuits Are Planned For The New Building Of Building C: 1 Heating Circuit For Radiant Ceiling Panels On The Ground Floor 1 Heating Circuit For Radiant Ceiling Panels On The 1St Floor 1 Heating Circuit For Static Heating Surfaces In Building C Ground Floor + 1St Floor + 2Nd Floor The System Temperatures Are Set At 50°C For The Flow And 40°C For The Return. Cooling Operation Of The Heat Pump In Reversible Mode Via The Radiant Ceiling Panels On Both Floors Is Planned. The Autonomous Control Of The Heat Pumps Is Integrated Into The Building Automation. Heat Distribution Networks The Heating Pipes For The New Building Are Laid In A Two-Pipe System. The New Heating Pipes For The New Building C (In An Insulated Version According To Geg) Are Laid From The Heating Center In The Top Floor Of Building C Via A Central Climbing Point To The Supply Units On The Ground Floor And Upper Floor. Stainless Steel With Press Connectors Is Used As The Piping Material. Room Heating Surfaces In The New Building Of Building C, Heat Is Distributed In The General Classrooms, Learning Boxes And Hallways Via Ceiling Radiators
